Dr. Shawna Beasley, Au.D., ABA-C, Audiologist

Lana Fanson, M.S., CCC-SLP

Speech Therapist

Lana Fanson earned her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Rockhurst University and has been a speech-language pathologist since 2017, working in both outpatient and educational settings with children and adults alike.

She has experience evaluating and treating a wide range of communication disorders — including language impairments, speech sound disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, cognitive-communication impairments, and auditory processing disorders. She also has expertise in treating swallowing disorders and supporting patients in using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

A strong advocate for every patient, Lana believes everyone deserves equal access to communication. As a neurodiverse-affirming provider, she encourages personal growth, self-advocacy, and autonomy throughout her practice.

Outside the clinic, Lana loves thrifting and interior decorating, and volunteers with CASA of Larimer County. Her favorite activity is exploring unfamiliar places and cultures with her daughter and husband.

What is your favorite part about working with your patients?

I love the seeing my patients gain confidence in their ability to communicate. I believe that every person has a voice and when they are able to use the training and tools to access their voice, it is so rewarding to witness.

What is your favorite sound that you always want to be able to hear?

I cannot get enough of the sound of my toddler laughing- I often record it so I never forget what it sounds like.

What is your favorite activity to do outside of work?

Outside of work you can find me thrifting and reimagining and decorating spaces in my home (or spaces in my friends’ homes). Its super important to me that every room feels cozy and personal to our family.

“We came from another private doctor that was far away. We started seeing Dr. Brittany and have found out we were NOT given much information or guidance choosing my fathers hearing aids. Dr. Brittany has helped us choose better hearing aid that fit his lifestyle better”

“Brittany is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She took her time with my tests and explained my results very clearly. Brittany is the first audiologist that actually provided me with answers for my hearing problems. Brittany went above and beyond with my insurance to present me with several good options to fit my situation. I look forward to working with her as my audiologist of choice. I highly recommend her.”
